US President Donald Trump mentioned on Tuesday that the Chinese language authorities was transferring troops “on the border with Hong Kong”.
“Our Intelligence has knowledgeable us that the Chinese language Authorities is transferring troops to the Border with Hong Kong,” US president mentioned in a tweet.
He hoped that nobody could be killed in Hong Kong amid new protests capping 10 weeks of unrest within the semi-autonomous southern Chinese language monetary hub.
“Everybody needs to be calm and protected!,” he mentioned.
It was not instantly clear if Trump was reporting contemporary actions or actions close to the border already reported within the media.
