The National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT), under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, organized the much-anticipated Yuva Rojgar Mela 2024 on September 29, 2024, at its Delhi office on Pankha Road, Janakpuri. The event saw overwhelming participation, with 16 companies shortlisting candidates for over 1000+ job openings, offering placement opportunities for NIELIT alumni and students.

Over 1300 candidates registered, hoping to secure a career across various sectors. The event was inaugurated by Dr. Madan Mohan Tripathi, Director General of NIELIT and Vice Chancellor of NIELIT Deemed to be University. In his address, Dr. Tripathi highlighted the impact of such job fairs on India’s economic progress.

“Last year, NIELIT’s job fairs across India resulted in over 6000 offer letters, and this year, that number is set to increase significantly,” said Dr. Tripathi.

He praised NIELIT Delhi for organizing the event and expressed gratitude to the participating companies that contributed to the fair’s success.
