Coronavirus Outbreak: All worldwide passenger flights suspended until 14 April in gentle of lockdown, says DGCA


    New Delhi: All worldwide passenger flight operations will stay closed until 14 April within the wake of the three-week nationwide lockdown imposed in gentle of the coronavirus outbreak within the nation.

    “It has been determined that scheduled worldwide business passenger companies shall stay closed until 6:30 pm (GMT) of April 14, 2020. This won’t apply to accredited worldwide all-cargo operations and flights,” the Directorate Common of Civil Aviation (DGCA) stated in a launch on Thursday.

    All home flights have already been cancelled within the wake of the 21-day lockdown.

    As many as 649 optimistic circumstances of COVID-19 have been reported in India, together with 47 overseas nationals, stated the Ministry of Well being and Household Welfare on Thursday.

    There have been 13 deaths as a consequence of novel coronavirus within the nation.
